The district of Delting has lots to keep you occupied. The nearby island of Muckle Roe, linked by a bridge, is a stunning landscape of red granite; you can walk or take a mountain bike to the deserted Hams of Roe. Not much farther away is the rugged western seaboard of northmavine.
As well as the licensed bar in the clubhouse, guests have access to all the facilities in Brae, including a leisure centre with swimming pool and a choice of places to eat.
